 Minimum of 8 characters





 Alpha, numeric, and special character types are allowed





 There must be at least one character that differs in character type (alpha, numeric, or

special) from the majority of characters





 At least 2 of the following character types:

o Letters (upper / lower)

o Numbers

o Special Characters

– ( ) ` ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * - + = | \ { } [ ] : ; " ' < > , . ? /

o Passwords are case sensitive





 Cannot be the user's email address nor the user name, or local, portion of the user’s email

address.

The first time a user signs in with a password, but no security question, you must select a security

question and enter a security answer. The Security Question answer is used when a user forgets

their password and walks through the above steps to change their existing password.

Please note that answers to the security questions, unlike passwords, are not case sensitive.
