5.3. Modify a Policy

Group Policies you own

You can modify the policy actions of any policy that you own.

You can subscribe a group that you administer to a policy that you own

Customer Level Policy

You can subscribe your Group to a customer level policy

You cannot edit any policy actions of a Customer Level policy since you are not the policy owner.

Group Policies you do not own

You will not be able to view any policies owned by a group of which you are not a group

administrator. Since other administrators own those policies, you cannot view them, edit them, nor

can you use them to copy from when creating a new policy.

5.4. Delete a Policy

You can delete a Group level policy for which you are an owner. If you delete the policy, all users in

the Group subscribed to the deleted policy will automatically have their email filtered against the

organizations Default policies.

The Group itself is not deleted, so it is available to be subscribed to a different policy.
