7.3.2. Custom Content Groups

The Custom Content Groups tab allows you to create additional customized lists to use to filter

content keywords and phrases. Note that if you are using angle brackets (i.e., < or >), you must add

an asterisk before a left bracket and after a right bracket. Thus, you would type in *< spamword >*.

7.3.3. Outbound Encryption

You can encrypt all outbound messages using three methods:

1. Click the More options button and verify the check box for “Encrypt all Outbound Messages

containing the word [encrypt]” has a green check. If the word [encrypt] is placed in the

message subject or message body, the message is encrypted.

2. Remove the green check from “Encrypt all Outbound Messages containing the word

[encrypt]” and add your own key words in the content box.

3. Use both the “Encrypt all Outbound Messages containing the word [encrypt]” and key words

in the Content box.

Note: Outbound Message Encryption is available if the customer subscribes to the outbound

message encryption service and has TLS enabled on their outbound mail server.
