Deny List

The user level Deny list allows you to identify senders whose email you do not want delivered to you.

You can enter up to 200 entries on your Deny list.





 If you need additional entries on your Deny list, your Customer Administrator role can edit the

User Level allow list to contain up to 1,000 entries.

Allow & Deny lists working together

You can have similar entries on both your Allow and Deny list in the case where you trust an entire

domain; however, you do not want to receive mail from one individual user within that domain.

Scenario:

 User Allow List *@myoldcompany.com

 User Deny List: bob@myoldcompany.com

Results:

 User Allow: Enforced: all messages from the domain bypass the spam filter and are

delivered if they pass all other administrative policies

 User Deny: Enforced: all messages from Bob are blocked

9.4. Manage Account Setup options

The Setup options within Account Management allow the user to manage personal preferences on

their user account. Some of the user preferences displayed are enabled /disabled based on the

policy to which this user is associated. I.e. the user may not have access to all of these options.

 Time Zone

 Language

Selecting the language localization option determines which language fields for user-level windows

are displayed. The default Language is English.

The Entries per page drop list identifies up to how many entries are displayed when the user

accesses an “index” page. The default selection is 25 entries.
